Once you read through you discover how he exposes the big lies about getting those ripped six pack abs and in my experience he quite hits the nail with it.

What you will find in his book, are some new workouts that I have never heard before, that mixed up with a nutrition diet that won’t deprive you of delicious (and healthy) food will give you excellent results in 30-45 minutes workouts for only 2 or 3 times a week. And like all good body building training out there it will take time to build up that chisel hard figure but the results are confirmed.
