"Muscle Gaining Secrets" is it for real?
Muscle Gaining Secrets by Jason Ferruggia is an e-book for body builders focused on muscle gaining with a less than 3 hours a week program.
The e-book
Muscle Gaining Secrets is more focused on advance muscle builders. It goes straight for all those that focus more on gaining pounds and pounds of muscle. The information in it is quite good but the presentation is quite bad: low quality pictures and layout that sometimes makes it difficult to keep up.
The book itself is well structured; the author goes straight to the point on the act itself of training the muscle without getting into any scientific jargon, but overall he backs up his methods muscle building with reasonable and good information.
It does not give you loads of information about diets, but with the book it comes a pack of other training e-books for free ($300 in body building e-books for free, that is something to think about!) and in one of those packs there is a good information of what diet is best for what muscle you are training.

The book has a solid training method with loads of instructions. It is a perfect program for all those that are willing to gain and gain pounds worth of sheer muscle. And the price is very low compared with other programs.
